La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson/Cape Girardeau

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I just have to give a special shoutout to Amanda at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine warmth and a smile that made me feel instantly at home. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure my check-in was smooth, my questions were answered, and my needs were met throughout the stay. You can tell she truly cares about the guests, and that kind of heart is rare. I’m so thankful for her kindness, professionalism, and positive energy. Sending up a little prayer that God continues to bless Amanda for the way she blesses others. She is truly a light in that hotel, and I hope management knows what a gem they have! Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights. Service was excellent, anything extra we needed towels, pillows, toiletries were given without any problems. Do have to sign for the extra pillow(no biggie) Do have to give a shout out to Wendy, she was awesome. The positive, upbeat customer service of all the employees, made you fell they really enjoyed thier job. It makes your stay a much more enjoyable experience. Only downside, was first breakfast. The coffee was empty and had to ask for things to be filled. Not very attentive. Rest of the stay was great. Rooms were clean, had a king room, very comfortable. We've stayed here before and will stay again if we are in the area.

Everything was great, especially the breakfast. The young lady in charge of breakfast deserves a raise. Regardless. I showed up every morning at 6am and everyday I found well cooked sausage, and moist eggs....plus I can make my own waffle .... Front desk was a pain sometimes. . The main problem I had was the lack of strong wifi. Let's face it, we aren't in 2019. I get restless without a strong wifi connection

This is a very nice LaQuinta hotel. Great staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast. Very reasonable rates for a great hotel.

Booked a room here for an overnight stay for our Anniversary, entering the front lobby, it is very clean & crisp, our room was exceptional and very clean, the only downfall was the mattress was a little to firm for my liking since I have some back problems and there were only 3 pillows for a king bed, the breakfast was awesome, there was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bread, muffins, bagels yogurt, and a 2 waffle irons, juice dispenser and milk, dining area was very clean.unfortunately i did not get any photos of the room or lobby. If all La Quinta hotels are as clean and updated this is where I will be staying from now on during our trips.

Visited while traveling, very clean and safe. Hotel has a nice breakfast with the basics. No complaints and offered at a fair price.

As we had planned our daughter's birthday party, the guest list added up, we have a very large family. They are very well known in the community. We were treated so respectful, no matter how rambunctious they had gotten. We were given any extra accommodations and all the linens we needed were fresh and waiting for us as we asked for them. The pool time was wild, and they still showed us the 5 star guest treatment. Even the night shift staff was accommodating and very experienced. Breakfast was waiting hot and fresh in the morning as we got ready to leave. I'd say this is one of the very best , and most accommodating hotels we have been to with our girls. Thank you La Quinta Inn and Suites. We appreciate your hospitality. You have a beautiful location that's very well maintained.

Brand spanking new hotel with great staff and a yummy Papa John’s nearby. My only complaint is that all the lighting is that really bright white lighting, both in the room and the lobby, so be prepared for surgical level flood lighting the whole time, including your bathroom. There were no nightlights or soft lighting options anywhere. Nice breakfast, very clean, super safe feeling, and patio area outside was a nice place to sit watch the sunset, until it was interrupted by the parking lot floodlights coming on
